1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rudy’s Tackle Barn. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

2. Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at (203) 531-3168 with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
